I'm after some help removing the door cards on a T5
Ive been asked to upgrade someones front door and dashboards speakers with some after market components and tweeters.
I know all about the T4 door cards but these look a lot differenet.

tried a quick search but couldn't find anything.
any pics woudl be helpfull too.

Hi mate,

1. remove handle off top by pulling it towards you.

2. remove screws behind handle.

3. remove screw halfway down under top pocket.

4. remove 3 screws along bottom edge.

5.place fingers behind bottom corner of panel

6. then pull hard.

7. lift up gently and then undo 3 screws which hold door opener in place

8. (drivers door only) undo connector for red LED

9. Job done..

Purchase clips before doing this from VW dealer on ebay.. just incase any break.

no. 6 is a bit brutal, get your self a good clip popper then you dont break them and you dont have to reset them to refit them,
and at no 7 you dont need to remove the opener you just slip out the cable

Remove door handle by pulling it UP !carfully or the tags will snap

You have to be brutal to get these things off, they don't slip off easily.

Yeah some [email protected]£T broke my wing mirror today, its all bent now so need to fix it or renew it if possible! Can you reuse the casing as mine is colour coded? Any help much appreciated. Thanks guys
