This constant bitching by Rik is certainly causing issue in the NW area. As a regional co-ordinator, a level of professionalism should be required despite his frustration at low turnout numbers... And with that attitude, my attendance at events in Rik's area is likely to be minimal.

This is certainly not a personal dig at Rik, just a request to get this back-biting stopped...
