Mine are:
Stop - Smoking (in all fairness this has been the same for a couple of years but I hope this year I'll crack it)
Start - Getting more things done.. too often spend ages planning / pondering things often without actually making them happen.
Continue - Erm.... Breathing!!!!

Anyways, Happy New Year to You All and those to dear to you, I've not been here that long but so glad I joined: you're a great bunch!

Stop: eating so much junk!
Start: getting more exercise
Continue: taming the wilderness that is supposed to be a garden but has been neglected due to ongoing love affair with my vanLOL:
