2 Questions please, as I cannot find clarity about the crash testing certification Vs mounting frame:

1. Do you need to buy the 35mm mounting frame as well, in order for the RIB bed to be 'crash safe' I was led to believe this was designed for fitting to other van types? I think I am right, but why do so few include the mounting frame?

2. I am looking to have a 112 RIB fitted to my 2006 LWB T5:

Dark Grey
Integrated head rests
Standard foam
Long Bed
No armrests
No slider mechanism req'd
Mounting frame req'd - unless someone can educated me otherwise for my 8 month old baby!

But I really need to try and stay under £2500 - can anyone help?

Thanks for your time - I am around High Wycombe but will travel!

Recently ordered mine from kiravans with integrated headrests, twin isofix, 200mm slider, 112 wide and 1940 length bed in black leather with dark fabric on bed side. Very few people fit any strengthening frame it just needs 4mm steel plates for the underside and kiravans say they use one long piece of 4mm plate for either the rear or front mounting.
