Has anyone done a guide for completing a Rock and Roll bed? From frame to completed bed. I've had a search but I can't find one

I'm going to buy a Rock and Roll bed frame next year for my van - I'm going to finish it off myself, so board it, fit seatbelts, get the foam and then get them covered - easy ??

I presume you have to glue the foam to boards and then cover the foam fastening it to the boards
Because I will have seatbelts the foam doesn't want to be loose?

How did you make yours???????

have a search bud,loads of info,loads of ways of doing it, i bought the frame from autobeds(on here very good T got boards from b&q,foam and covering from elsewhere, mrs tabs has still to put it all together I:
