We recently bought a Fiamma T45S awning for our SWB T5 which we fitted using the roof preparation rail (VW part) that slot into the T slots on the roof.
We now want to buy some roof rails (mainly because of practicality for roof box for longer trips away but also the awning casing sticks up quite a lot above the roof line, so we hope roof rails will help with the styling).
Can anyone suggest roof rails that can be added to the T slot roof preparation kit, whilst one side already has the awning attached? Is this possible?
We don't want to drill any holes in the roof! We know we can just get a cross bar kit which will sort out the practical problem but won't tick the style box.
