Hi!

I m looking at buying my 1st van and viewing one today, its got FSH, is 2.5 TDI and done 180k miles. The mileage is higher than I was considering so what do I need to be looking at or considering at this mileage? All brakes recently done and new cambelt at 155k. Rough price for a good condition van?

Presuming it is a T4?

LWB/SWB?

Is it Ex-AA?

What year is it?

155k is LOW mileage I:

Its a SWB T4, not AA, 2000 X, on 175K

go with your gut feeling you'll know when you've found a nice one .but be prepared to look for a while. don't say much when your veiwing let the owner waffle on and you can gauge if he's ok or full of e.check all the history .if you know nothing about the mechanics take somebody who does.T:

Also, if you find one on the forum, you can gauge from their posts how the van has been treated.

Again... 155k is LOW mileage :ILU:
