Ive just bought a set needing a refurb on the bay.
Three of them seem to be the same but there is an odd one.
The three are stamped "made in Italy" but the odd one has no origin markings. All are et35, 8j, 18".

My dilemma is, I have a set of centre caps I was saving from an old set of Vw alloys, which fit the three Italian wheels perfectly but the odd one doesn't seem to have the correct style of hub to accept the clips, it's much shallower than the italian ones.

Is it common for these reps to have different centre bore flanges?
If I could get the cap to fit, visually it would be very hard to tell the difference between them

Oh there are many more examples like yours around.
That is often the prize for having "one off" wheels

OK then in that case i am on the look out for a single RS8 copy which as "Ricambio Non Originale" and "F.M.Itay" stamped on the inside

I have to say also, the non origin specific wheel appears tp be of much better quality than the Italians!!
That is assuming they are actually Italian and not Chinese copies that just have "made in italy" stamped on the inside

Load rated to 690kg (apparently), should be ok for my SWB with just a R&R bed in the back
