I'm reasonably new to the T4 scene and am really enjoying the 2.5 lwb I bought at the end of last year. I normally try and do most repairs/ servicing myself, but with this bad weather, I didn't fancy laying under the motor on my drive. With every intention of clocking up a fair few miles this year, I was a bit concerned about taking it into a VW agents for advice/repairs.
By chance I was recommended to WIGS VW run by 2 VW-trained guys in Camberley, Surrey just of the M3. I went there today and met Richard and Ian.
I'd made a 07.30 appointment and was met by Richard who started work straight away. The Unit they have there is fully equiped to do any mechanical and electrical work to any T4 or T5. What they don't know about VW's is not worth knowing. The work they did for me and the advice (and tea) they gave me was invaluable and well worth the 64 mile round trip from home ! !
They use genuine VW parts and that coupled with a very reasonable hourly rate, I will certainly be returning to them.
