I've got a well rusted lower sliding door runner which needs replacing but the step is sound. All I can find for a left hand door is a complete step including runner for £415.80 which is overkill and prohibitively expensive for my old T4. A runner for a right hand door is available for just £39.90, see https://www.vwheritage.com/shop/701803622D/runner-sliding-door-lower-right-t4-90-03/?src=slider . However, I cannot find one for a left hand door. If anyone has found a supplier for this part for a UK van a link would be appreciated.

I am afraid that you are looking for is the holy grail. As far as I am aware no such thing exists, people have ended up fabricating their own. .

Centralpanels.co.uk stock panels but not the left side and seem quite cheap. when I contacted them they said that the right side can be slightly modified to fit the left. The gully the rubber fits on, on mine was badly holed, I fibre-glassed it and worked okay.

Just patched the front curved section on mine but not very happy as its a bit thin in places. Where did you find the complete step?
