I have the sliding door which now is sliding metal to metal at the bottom and a nice pile of what looks to be old bearings!

it's the slider on the lower track rail

not the one up the top of the door or the one that slides along the track on the side of the van

any one know what the part number is or the tec name to call it.. I had a look on line and I got them but I am not 100% sure which one it is to order I think i remember some one posting on here they had this and got one from T4's r us ?? T:

Mine looks like it's on its way out too mate but be careful, I've seen one seller on ebay advertising one for over £100! and another for £20. Shop about would be my advice......
