Hi Martyn - its probably just your traders payment run out - It automatically reverts you to a much lower inbox. It happened to me and took me a while to work out what happened. This is just a guess, but at the moment, your trader badge has dissappeared.

That sounds about right. Even though my payment is a recurring one from Paypal. It leaves me in a right mess and I am not HP
