I've got some 10x4 speakers, any one got any ideas/pics for speaker housing for rear of van? Cheers.

Yep...throw them in the bin and buy a couple of 8" rounds, and tweeters, fitted in the tailgate/doors.
At least then you'll get reasonable sound.
9x6's are bad enough, something that oblong is gonna distort like buggery.
