hey guys just wondered if you could give me any pointers i have a t5 61 plate i have 20"alloys on and the van has been lowered witch looks great by the way but the only things is its so loud and you hear and feel every bump and its so annoying is there anything i could do or any kits out there that would stop this problem without having to high en the van back up

I've just lowered my van this week with H&R 40mm springs still on standard shocks, and also running on 20"s. While fitting them I damaged the n/s/f anti-roll bar drop link (stabiliser rod) this made a clunking noise on every bump, so I replaced it straight away, now nice and quiet. I have heard on other threads that if the rear springs aren't seated properly in the rubber cups and mounting plates it can be noisy, and also might be worth checking the condition of your front shocks.
