Hello. I've just broken nearly all of my perfectly manicured fingernails trying to extricate those highly fiddly plastic clips/plugs that hold the interior hardboard lining in place. I've tried using an Allen key and that works on some. but I always end up having to use a screwdriver to lever the buggers out! I'm sure there must be a tool or a special technique to remove these horrible things!

What you need is a T20 or T25 Torx bit (can't remember which) bit in a battery screwdriver

If you're careful you can re use them.

The above idea is great, but having gone through the same problem, I used my electric drill to put screws through the centres, then used a pair of mole grips to yank the buggers out!! Highly frustrating but enjoyable job in the end.
