Have had my subscription taken automattically but dont have access as a member.
Perhaps admin could look into it,its been a while since it was taken.

Any recurring annual payments that were setup before the current owners took over will not be going to the right place. Best to cancel any and resubcribe (I usually cancel any recurring payments setup like that immediately to avoid forgetting about them a year later )

Yes, Vertical now own the forum. They took over in July 2015
