hi

im wiring in my led lighting into my van, im tapping into the existing interior light circuit, - ive bought some 240v 2 core cable 3 amp rated would this be suitable to make a connection from light to led lighting switch then from there to another led lighting switch? they are both 220 ma rating? from a well known diy store

is this ok or not beefy enough?

Very much beefy enough! Overkill in fact.

Yep definitely overkill, LEDs use naff all power, lightweight speaker cable would be absolutely fine.

I used the cheapest speaker cable I could find (like bell wire) and it all
works fine. Think I paid £2.50 for 10m ?
