Hi my 1.9 s#@t itself when the bottom crank pulley bolt sheared off, slamming the valves into the pistons. Bent all 4 exhaust valves. But when I took the head off found there where cracks running between each pair of valves but then found cracks running from inlet valve to injector. Is it fukced. I'm a welder by trade and a friend said they can be welded. Is this true?

Technically, yes they can.

Would you? No. Push out valve guides, magma flux it if you want but you still wont know how deep they run, grind/open cracks, tig, machine, new valve guides, machine valve seats, skim head etx etc

Will have to take the pre combustion chambers out without damaging them and get them back in after..........................

Add to together the cost of eight new valve guides, machining of valve seats/skim, pushing out and inserting guides etc etc then you are not going to be far off the cost of a new one.

The time and money you will put into the head in the hope you fix it , its just not worth it. T:
