Hi Guys,
Just wondering about upgrading my O/G injectors for new better ones? Mine engine is the Standard AJT which as had a re-map before I got it but I think I need to get that looked at. I think my van maybe running a bit rich but I dint have the software to check this out.

You should be able to run the Stanadynes or Bosch injectors on your map. I run both but have to adjust the injection quantity in Vagcom. There is a trader on here called Rake who has a choice of upgrades but you could just get your own injectors reconditioned at a local specialist.
Have you got black or white smoke?

It is black smoke when I boot it, It was abused before I got it and slowly I am upgrading and making it better which will include a respray when I get to it. I have no intention of ever getting rid of it as I love it. Sometime this year I want to find someone who can fit me a new clutch and fifth gear upgrade and then I think a trip to get it re-mapped either Pendle or Chipwizards. This is my first T4 I have little experience of them but I thought a injector upgrade may improve things?

The Stanadynes you have fitted are great when they were new but after about 100K they are pants. It could be the remap is also contributing though. It depends who did it.
That love you talk about is going to be expensive but when you look at the costs of a new vehicle compared. The T4 wins hands down in the long run. Do it right from the start & she'll repay you many times over. One of my vans "Christine" I've had for 13 years. Boy did she have problems in the beginning but she hasn't let me down since.

Problem Ady...
Pendle is a cowboy these days (used to be good!), and as far as I know, Chipwizzard is now concentrating on race cars.
Ron/Rake will advise you on both injectors and who can still do good remaps.
