Motor Caravans have their own RFL bands, emissions do not come into it. Quite simply, if its under 3500Kg GVW it's taxed as private light goods at £215, over 3500Kg GVW it becomes a private heavy goods vehicle at (wait for it!) £165! Might seem crazy I know but don't tell the DVLA, we get very few 'bargains' like this one.:*
