I believe there is a problematic wire under the drivers seat,

Central locking not working-what to check

Just bought a 53 reg T5 panel van, on which the central locking does not work. The key battery needed...

If you open the sliding door & look at the front internal edge of the front door you will see a oblong rubber grommet remove this & loosen the securing nut for the door handle outer don't undo all the way , just enough to loosen outer lock ( Allen key ) remove the outer door lock then follow this video from 2.20

The central locking need the outer door lock that is pictured to work , so you will need to refit to check if works

remove the battery it cant pop down again then its electronic....obviously leave the drivers door open and know the radio code beforehand
