Have had my Caravelle from new and it has proved to be an expensive vehicle to run with various problems over the past 4 years
- replaced all brake discs & pads within 8k miles
- immobiliser / alarm discharges battery on regular basis
- alarm goes off in middle of night for no apparent reason (never during the day)
- refridge pipe to rear a/c unit replaced due to pinhole leak
- turbo replaced after just 10k miles - very expensive

Apart from the brake problems never had the same problems with my T4 doublecab

Anyone had similar experience or do I have a Monday/Friday car?

If the brakes aren't used for a bit you do tent to rust and the sensitivity of the alarm can be turned down which may help the problem of it going off.
