Iv'e got an awning rail fixed in the channel on the roof (so that you cant see it)
The awning just slides into it. 5 mins and its up !

Great quality too.

Hi, No the rail didn't come with it.

I got it from Johns cross .

You get 3 pieces in a box and need 2 of them layed end to end (at 1.2 metre's each) to make up the 2.4 metre width of the awning.

Although the rail has screw holes (and the screws are also supplied) I'm not keen on drilling through the roof, so I bonded it on with a Ceresit flexible adhesive/sealant. (Its waterproof and also UV resistant)

That's what it's all about!!!

We were in the New Forest at the weekend, 40 minute drive from home and felt like we were in another world. We stayed at Sandy Balls campsite, brilliant for the kids, loads to do.
