Hi,

I am trying to upgrade the fitted speakers as the door ones have disintegrated.

I have bought a Hertz energy ESK F 165.5 set which included a crossover and a new sony head unit.
The door subs and head unit are done but finding it impossible to find the routing of the cabling for the dash tweeters to try and keep the wiring simple.
Is there any advice or am i better to give up and mount both the xover and tweeters in the door?

It would be a step backward from what you have already. It's Ok to have the bass/mid driver in the doors because your ears are less sensitive to direction at low frequencies. For high frequencies you really need the source in front of you, not down by your knee...

That is what I was thinking.

Just having problems finding the cables in the loop. Think I will have to run new cables which will be a pain but not as much as pulling out the dash.
