Just bought my first T5 which is a t30 Kombi. It’s sits very high and is comfortable when driving but wallows a bit. Looks higher at the rear my question is can I just buy springs due to budget if yes how low and what type. My wheels & tyres are 256/45/18. Thanks

What miles are on it and what sort of previous life has it had?
50mm is said to be the max which still isnt really that low if anything like ours when we bought it .

Ours had under 80k and handled like a boat so decided to swap the lot out.
One thing to remember is that to swap just your springs out is virtually the same price as swapping the lot when it comes to fitting costs. ....so you don't wanna be doing it twice if at all possible.

Be worth checking out the condition of all of the arb bushes and the drop links as they hsve a big effect on handling and body roll (y)

A good set of H&R -50mm springs will transform the ride (and looks) but as mentioned, check the condition of the ARB bushes etc. whilst you're at it.
