Any thoughts on how best to repair or help seal a leaky sunroof?
also have a misfire on the petrol vr6 .... thinking it’s the coil pack but open to suggestions?!

No ide on the sunroof, but on the misfire - yes, coil packs can do that but badly seated plugs can also cause it. The plugs are a long was down inside and oxidisation of the surrounding allow can occur. When the plugs are changed, this needs to be cleaned off or the new plug may not seat fully. The best option is to fit new plugs and coils at the same time and scrupulously clean the plug holes out. Cost was around £150.

I had a misfire on my VR6 a few years ago, it turned out to be a worn timing chain & knackered chain tensioner.
