My VW T4 with a 1Z (Golf) 1.9 TDi engine conversion. 2002 year.
White In colour.
12 Months MOT (March 20th 2016).
Gearbox reconditioned at a cost of £500
Only covered about 2500 miles in the last 12 months (since engine conversion)
218K miles on the van, although the engine has only covered approx. 130K
Penbryn wiring harness.

When I carried out the engine conversion I carried out the usual things -
New Timing/Cam Belt kit with pulleys.
New Water pump.
New Thermostat.
New Glow plugs.
New larger diameter clutch.
Removed/ blanked the EGR valve.
Knocked the guts of the catalytic converter out (although the casing remains so no problem come MOT time)
Front mounted Intercooler (FMIC)
Re bushed the gear change linkage with genuine VW parts.
Used the 5th gear from the Golf gearbox so this is slightly higher ratio than the Van original.

Also fitted
Clear Indicators.
3 seat interior in very good condition.
Full cab floor mat.
Genuine VW front and rear mud flaps.
Genuine VW Cruise Control (needs enabling via VAGCOM)
The rear load area has been boarded/panelled .
I have treated the inside of the front doors and underside to 10 Litres of Waxoyl.

The bodywork is in good condition for a 12 year old van, there are some dents/marks but looks like it been fairly well looked after.
The arches are in good order with none of the sometimes usual rust.
Loads more pictures available.

Good price for a van with a TDI conversion T:
I thought so too! T:
I had a look at the kind of price they are going for (TDi converted) taking age, MOT & condition into consideration before settling on the asking price.

What bhp is it running at? Can u email me more pics particularly interior to [email protected]
Pictures sent via email T:
Its just standard at the moment, so 90 bhp from the 1Z. I'm not sure if the front mounted intercooler adds any more power. The Catalytic Converter has the monolith knocked out, but the body is still present in the system, so no problems come MOT time, so that may free up a couple of horsepower.
