Hi peeps

I've noticed that since the weather has dropped my Webasto thermo heater is staying on constantly and this has now caused my battery to go flat!

Is this a common problem or is there a fault somewhere?

Any help would be great as i'm going to have to disconnect the Webasto otherwise its going to constantly drain the battery.

Cheers

Well that's one ive never heard of before.
The factory Thermo 'C' normally follows orders from the BCM. and will go through a shut down procedure after engine and ignition off.

Cant think what scenario might cause it to keep firing.

I was informed it comes on when the temp drops to below 10 which it probably has been the last few nights but it stays on constantly which is draining the battery.

Did anyone get to the bottom of this problem?
Just had the same problem, parked last night and a fan was running, thought it would cool down and stop. This morning, the battery is flat and the alarm sounding.
When I connect the battery charger, the webasto fan is still running.
