Bit of a noob when it comes to bodywork, so looking for advice.

I've got small patches of rust like this on my floor (some from screw holes).

What shall I do with it?

I'm thinking:
1-Wire brush.
2-Treat (What product do I use?)
3-Red oxide primer
4-Paint

Is this the right thing to do?

Yep exactly that, a proprietary rust converter available at any motor factors will do.

I have had most success with Jelonite, should be able to get if from your local motor factors of Halfords.
