Gona do an oil change on me Velle as its due one (and oil has turned brown after this (http://tinyurl.com/yeh255y) but can't remember what type of oil to get and what brand. The Velle details are:

2.5 petrol AAF
Auto
129K on the clock
Last oil change 5K ago

Would 15W/40 be ok????

Also, the idea being is to change oil, change ECU temp sensor, top up the coolant and give the velle a long run to see what happens

check with VWD or GSF on oil type, are you doing oil and air filter as well?

l use 10-40w Fuches from GSF for my 2ltr petrol

Checked with vw and 2.5 petrols need 15w/40.
