Yes! You will need spiggot rings and the correct bolts (radius or tapered seat) and you might have to drill the bolt holes out a fraction to take the T4 bolts. 91v rated are not heavy enough for the weight of the van unless its a bare panel van and you never carry anything. Rule of thumb is to look for XL (extra load) tyres which are considerably more beefy T:
