Hey all,

I want to get some side windows fitted to my T4 SWB. Ive been looking around but thought id ask on here.

Wheres a good place to get your side windows fitted, and what prices.

Really i want to get 2 side windows both privacy glass (or tinted film if its that much cheaper) and 1 of the windows i wanted to be sliding.

Please give names of places you have used and prices if you can remember!!!

Also i have found a "relatively" cheap place "tradeprice windows" they fit fixed ones with privacy glass for £169 and sliding for £299. But they are not official vw windows, does this matter?

I have just posted similar but I'm in the Midlands. I have been told that if it is not VW glass it is most likely made in China and could have slight imperfections, with the possibility that the sliding ones could leak. I have seen companies advertise a 5 year guarantee with their fitting but I don't know. It's a lot of money to spend if it goes wrong so maybe worth buying OEM glass but I still haven't found out how much it is yet… When I get time I need to call VW.
