ive just had mine retinted by marksvwt4 on here

i had to remove glue

i think soapy water is as good as anything and elbow grease

didnt seem much of a problem to come off

just needed to keep soaking in water as you were wiping off with a brillo pad

Just been out and had another go
Tar remover not so good, white spirit and a razor blade and a bit of elbow grease did the trick.

once had the pleasure of taking some off , the stuff that worked on the ones i removed was De Solv sticky stuff remover made by mykal , get it from asda etc and those catologues that land through the door with cleaning stuff in , think asda its £3-50 ish a bottle . did try some spray on remover stuff , but not a good idea while in the vehicle at time , does say not to be used in confined spaces , where else do you take window tinting film off .
i always have a bottle of the De solv stuff in my cleaning kit .

As a valeter i get asked to do this job all the time.

warm soapy water is all you need and a blade just to scrape the glue off, you dont get any stick glue at all, easy as that. 10 min job
