Both my T4's seem to have weak water pumps on the windscreen washers. The washers jets clog up often too. I use decent windscreen washer fluid so is there a known weakness in the pump?
The 2 things i`d check are first the water pipe from the pump to the nozzles-make sure there are no kinks in the pipe. If that OK remove the pump from the water tank-you may find the inlet is blocked!
