At the mot'ers disgression,

Load rating on tires should only come in on class 5&7 mots
(12or more seats or designed gross weight between 3001kg and 3500)
So of its a t26/28/30 should be fine,
It should only fail if a t32.

(will prob be a strong advisory though)
Hope this helps

Class 4 MOT (cars, van <3500kg) ie your van.
Cannot fail an MOT based on tyre load rating... (thats the MOT rules the tester HAS to follow).

Although your tyres may not be upto industry standard and you could be prosecuted by a VOSA or police roadside check 3points per tyre under load rating (based upon half of highest axle load on chassis plate).

You cannot FAIL an MOT for having an underrated tyre load rating on your T4.

Providing the tyre meets all other MOT requirements ie tread depth, same size across axle, no damage/splits etc, etc...
