Deleting Bluetooth users

Hi, I have a 2014 T5 with an RCD310 radio. Bluetooth connects to my phone with no problem, however I still have previous users’ phones listed and I cannot find an option to delete them. I was hoping that by trying to connect to each of them it would then give me the option to remove but so far no joy. Anyone know of a way to remove them apart from disconnecting the unit somehow as I don’t know if there is a code to get it going again.

Many thanks for reply, unfortunately there is no ‘settings’ option. When BT is on it just displays ‘Bluetooth Audio’ on the main display with no other options (when on radio or CD there are options above the buttons but nothing on the BT display). Clicking the main setup button there are no BT options at all. The bluetooth seems to be simply a way of playing whatever’s on your phone through the stereo, there is no mention of phone options at all. On the dashboard screen, where the phone options are displayed, going through the menus where you add new users etc., which is where I would expect, ‘remove’ to be found there is no such choice. Very annoying

Yep, found out where I was going wrong. For a start it’s nothing to do with the head unit, it’s all done on the dashboard screen, then I thought I could select the previous users and do it from there but you have to select the new (my own) phone and then the menu options appear from there, simple when you know how. ;)

Thanks to all.
