Can anyone advise what the options are to connect a kyham motordome to a vw California awning rail? I have seen posts however I need a solution for next weekend. Where is the vw adaptor available from? Please help. Thanks

Although, i think hes got that too far forward on the van, if I put mine that far forward on my caravelle, the sliding door doesnt fully open/might rip the awning
Dont waste your money, that rubber strip is a pain in the rectum .... I found a very cheap solution for this, we still use the Kador and figure of 8 but no longer need the ÂŁ80 overpriced moulded rubber .... check this here ... http://www.vwt4forum.co.uk/showthread.php?t=369134
cocoa is right but only when using a kador strip like on the kyham sun shelter as it pulls out but dont bother with that method, use the pole and clamp, its so easyT:
I like the idea of running some knock on trim, will try it with our sun shelter
I find that the figure 8 will push onto the edge of our riemo rail.ive no idea if this will work on the Cali rail but it's worth a try and as the figure 8s came with my awning, free too. Just push onto the piping on the awning then push it onto the lip edge.
