does anyone know when the cambelt should be changed on my VR6 T4 I think it might be a chain in fact?? (not sure) and what will it cost me to get it done?

Its run off the back of the engine I.E. the gearbox needs removing so "if it aint broke dont fix it" as the yanks say its pretty much a part that needs replacing when it fails really and as its always running in oil it should be pretty reliable.
