Something to bear in mind with these flip-out screen units … they can have a tendency to vibrate and on something that rides like a van that could be a mite annoying seeing the screen shaking around.

On my T4 I just went for a single DIN unit - an good quality Alpine CD/USB/BT Unit and when I got my LT I moved it over.
This was my T4 install (along with a few other mods)

Also, while mindriots suggestion is no doubt a good unit, having a unit like that would do a great job of blocking the centre middle and centre left air vents plus some of the centre right vent - not a great idea IMO.
The same is true of course of the flip out screen units but at least with those you can still run them with the screen folded in in most cases.
