@yellowgit
It may not be the relay, just the contacts in the fuse board.
Removing the relay and plugging a new one just cleared the **** off them.
LOADS of times relay problems are simply the contacts in the fuse block "getting tired" and not gripping properly.
There's a thread somewhere showing just how bad they can be....especially on high current circuits.

I hear you. But yesterday I was plugging the damned thing in and out like a wally.
Tried the wife's key as I thought the transponder had gone. It worked. Tried mine. It worked.
Tried it again - neither worked.
Back to the 109.
Hopefully its all good now with the new Amazon quick delivery special. Can't quite get to the slots/contacts properly as bit of van is in the way so if it is gummed up, that might be a problem that needs to be investigated further.
Cheers Gaz - always a pleasure reading your posts.

Hello all, great thread, Im hoping that it can get me started again. Ive belled out the black and white wire to the ecu from G1 and it has continuity. What’s the next step if there is no continuity from relay port 87 to G1-10? thank you.
