Well going off the spec sheet of a random radio they seem to allow streaming over bluetooth. So should be able to pair up the radio with laptop.

However I:I could be wrong

 

Definetly works. tried it on the parrot bluetooth in my car a couple of months ago. As long as the car bluetooth accepts audio streaming, i.e. plays mp3s from phones. Excellent for films on the laptop.

 

Any headunit / Carkit with A2DP will stream music from a bluetooth device
