YUP ITS CAN BUT..............
Tbh its not worth it as it takes so long to warm up!

Eberspacher do a kits with all the bits you require for just ove £200

 

Ah! But all that means is that I have to turn it on earlier...
Is it the Kw output that is too low to warm up quickly? Also, how long is too long?

 

A lot longer than it takes the van to warm up with the engine running
The extra heater has to heat all the water thats in the engine cooling system without the aid of the engine

I dont know how many mins it would take

 

There are threads on here about this, as far as I recall Banavan has it right. I have been looking into using the Kenlowe Hotstart, also thread on here if you use "search."

 

Bump. I am interested in what and how things can be done with this heater.
